ALGERIA

STEP 1. Gather the following documents according to the purpose of your trip:

Tourist  requirements

• Original signed passport- must be at least 6 mo. valid and have 2-3 clear visa pages
  

• Two passport photos (2"x2")- can be taken in our office
  

• Two Application Forms- must be typed in CAPS only (click here to download). Hand written applications will incur $25 fee to re-type.
  

• One PPV Order Form (click here to download)
  

• Copy of the most recent bank statement
  

• Copy of round trip itinerary
  

• For tourist trips: invitation from a tour operator registered in Algeria with visa approval issued through Department of Tourism. The approval must be received by the Consulate prior to submitting application for processing
  

• For private trips: invitation from Algerian citizen notarized through City Hall and a copy of the inviter's Algerian passport
  

• Copy of Green Card for non-US citizens
  

Business requirements

• Letter of Invitation from a company in Algeria (copies accepted). Must include applicant's personal & passport info
