DOCUMENT PRE-CHECK FEE HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY WAVED. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO E-MAIL US COPIES OF ALL OF YOUR PAPERWORK PRIOR TO SENDING THE ORIGINALS TO OUR TEMPORARY SHIPPING ADDRESS TO AVOID MISTAKES AND ADDITIONAL SHIPMENTS.

Why should I use Document Pre-Check Service?

Passport Plus VisaDocument Pre-Check Service can save valuable time and reduce stress. Use our Document Pre-Check service to avoid mistakes on your paperwork or delays in processing. Experienced passport & visa specialists will review and check your scanned documents to confirm that your application is ready to be filed, and will alert you if there is information that needs to be corrected or if there is any missing paperwork.

How does Document Pre-Check work?

There are three simple steps:

1. Complete Application: fill out PPV Order Form, application form(s) and gather all supporting documents
   
2. Scan Application: scan a copy of your passport, PPV Order form, application form, and related supporting materials such as invitation, business letter, itinerary, etc.
   
3. Submit Request: e-mail your scanned paperwork to info@passportplusvisas.com. Once you submit the order you can simply wait to hear back from our specialists to confirm all is in order.
   

Requirements & important notes:

• A scan of the information page(s) of the applicant's passport along with the visa or passport application form, PPV order form and any supporting documentation is required to fully complete a pre-check.
  
• Our specialists will verify that the documentation is complete and accurate. Applications that are not submitted as soon as they are approved, or are not submitted to the Consulate or Passport Agency indicated on the Pre-Check order are subject to changes that could be imposed by Consulates or Passport Agency.
  
• Document Pre-Check fee of $50 is non-refundable and will be charged at the time your documents are received  by e-mail and a check has been completed. Consulate, passport agency or PPV service fees will not be charged until we receive your original paperwork.
  
• If changes are needed for your documents, additional reviews of the corrected paperwork will be done for no additional charge within 5 business days of the original order date.
  
• Consulates & the Passport Agency reserve the right to require additional information or documentation, Passport Plus Visas is not responsible for changes in requirements or specific requests made by Consular Officers or Passport Agency.
  
• Once Document Pre-Check is complete, the approved application must be received in our office within five business days. Orders submitted later cannot be assumed to be correct due to the possibility of changes in requirements.
  

How fast will I receive a response?

All Document Pre-Check requests submitted before 4:00 pm Monday — Friday will always be answered on the same day. Requests received after 4:00 pm will be answered by 11:00 am the following business day.

How far in advance should I use Document Pre-Check?

You should use this service only when you are ready to apply for your visa or passport. Requirements and procedures are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We can verify documentation is complete and accurate at the time it is reviewed. Applications that are not submitted as soon as they are approved, or are not submitted to the Consulate/Passport Agency indicated on the Pre-Check order are subject to changes that could be imposed by the Consulates or the Passport Agency.

Does the Document Pre-Check guarantee that my application will be approved?

All Consulates & Passport Agency reserve the right to require additional information or documentation, and to make final determination to approve or deny an application. Passport Plus Visas, Inc. is not responsible for changes in requirements or specific requests made by Consular or Passport Agency staff.

After my documents are checked, how do I apply for my visa or passport?
