** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Passport Agency. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will call you immediately to let you know about the status of your application, the service fees will not be refunded.

 About Passport Protection Service

Passport Plus Visas, Inc. will expedite your passport replacement application if it has been lost, damaged or stolen while in the US. Passport Plus Visas will waive its service fees up to 3 years from your order date. You will be responsible for the passport photos, acceptance facility, shipping and government fees. Protection coverage does not include renewing expired passports, replacement or name change or valid travel visas.                         

Who Can Sign Up 

Any US citizen applying for a passport procedure with Passport Plus Visas can sign up. Have piece of mind that your passport will be replaced quickly and efficiently in cases of loss, damage or theft.

​How it Works

Simply check mark the appropriate box on the PPV Order Form for passport protection and we will add it to your order. No additional applications need to be filled out. We will keep track of your order for redemption purposes.

Making a Claim​

If your passport was lost, stolen or damaged within 3 years after the date of your order, please call our office to confirm: 212-759-5540. We will confirm your protection and will guide you though the process of replacing your passport. Please note that Passport Protection Service will not cover passport agency fees, post office or shipping fees.
